Thank you for shopping with HocusNest. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all original accessories and components

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling

To start a return, please contact us at aykhanhuseynov99@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect item

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, HocusNest will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used or altered

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without their original packaging

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests made after processing or shipment will be possible.
